Athletics has become very specialized and training intensive at the high school level. Area schools use several programs to prepare the students for the season ahead. This training is ongoing year-round and for the Forest City Community School District, having an outside partner in Athletico becomes invaluable according to Forest City Community School District Superintendent Darwin Lehmann.
The Forest City Community School Board was presented with a new contract and Lehmann stated he liked what he saw in the agreement.
Lehmann explained that there were still a few details to work out.
Lehmann expects that the new plan will be in place before the start of the fall sports season.
