Elderbridge Asks for Funding Assistance from Winnebago County Supervisors

The Elderbridge Agency on Aging approached the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors about the possibility for funding assistance. The agency gave an annual report to the board. Jody Applegate explained that her agency has some significant expenses they must deal with daily.
