The Hancock County Board of Supervisors will meet beginning at 9am. The board will hold a public forum before having a videoconference with Brian Yung, Attorney-Johnson, Mulholland, Cochrane, Cochrane, Yung,
& Engler. They will discuss clean out and repairs to Drainage District # 7 Lateral 255.
They will then hold a videoconference with Brian Yung, Attorney-Johnson, Mulholland, Cochrane, Cochrane, Yung, & Engler and Tyler Conley, Bolton & Menk, to discuss and possibly consider an agreement for professional drainage district inspection services, general engineering services, between Hancock County and Bolton & Menk, Inc.. They will discuss and possibly consider revisions to Procedures and
Conditions for Construction In Drainage District Right-of-Way, discuss and possibly consider Drainage Infrastructure Locate Agreement from Summit Carbon Solutions.
The board will hold a videoconference with Tyler Conley, Bolton & Menk, in order to consider completion of work report for
DD # 174 Open Ditch and set date and time for completion of work hearing.
