Hancock County Board to Discuss Professional Drainage Inspection Services

The Hancock County Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday at 9am to discuss general matters before holding a public hearing beginning at 9:30am. You can view the meeting live on kiow.com.  The hearing will center around the Hancock County Secondary Roads Phase 1 Site Grading and Utility Improvements. They will also consider final plans for phase 1 of the Site Grading and Utility Improvements, consider setting date and time for opening of said bids.

At 10:15am, they will hold a videoconference with Brian Yung, Attorney-Johnson, Mulholland, Cochrane, Cochrane, Yung, & Engler and Tyler Conley, Bolton & Menk, regararding an agreement for professional drainage district inspection services, general engineering services, between Hancock County and Bolton & Menk, Inc.

Ann Hinders, Hancock County Drainage Clerk will ask the board to consider an addition of a contractor to list of contractors for drainage work orders and review drainage levies.

Hancock County Engineer Jeremy Purvis will deliver the County Engineer’s report on Secondary Roads and ask the board to discuss Limited English Proficiency (LEP) requirements for Hancock County.
