The Forest City Board of Education is moving forward with employee contracts for the 2024-25 school year. Superintendent Darwin Lehmann says this is the second year of a two year contract.
The board also set the public hearing for the proposed tax rate and 2024-25 budget and 2023-24 budget amendment. Lehmann says because of changes in Iowa law, the board must hold two public hearings.
