Construction on the new Winnebago County Hanson Nature Center continues as the framing and walls are now in place. Funding the construction of the Nature Center continues through various means including a getaway for the winner of a raffle to be held for a cabin in Minnesota.
Winnebago County Conservation Board Director Robert Schwartz says the idea had very basic roots.
The cabin sits on a serene lake and has a lot of functionality according to Schwartz.
According to Schwartz, the amenities don’t stop there. The location can serve large families or even two.
