(The Worth County Board of Supervisors meeting has concluded).
The Worth County Board of Supervisors will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30am. You can view the meeting live on kiow.com. They will first hear from Worth County Engineer Richard Brumm. He will discuss the current state of secondary roads and possible future projects.
Two bridge projects are completed and Brumm will ask the board to approve two Certificates of Completion and Final Acceptance of Agreement Work.
At 9am, the board will recess the regular session and hold a Public Hearing on a proposal to enter into a General Obligation Urban Renewal Loan Agreement. The public will be invited to give their opinion on the agreement. Then the hearing will close and the board may take action on the proposal.
The emergency medical services issue remains unresolved, and the board will once again take up discussion on it. The board is trying to make sure all parts of the county are covered completely with some form of professional services.
The board will resume budget discussions for the next fiscal year and hear from department heads on issues they may be having or successes worth noting.
