The Hancock County Board of Supervisors held their public hearing regarding the limited operation of All-Terrain Vehicles and Off-Road Utility Vehicles on secondary roads. According to Supervisor Jerry Tlach, the hearing was necessary to conform with the new state laws.
The new law stipulates several changes according to Tlach.
The Treasurer’s Office explained several of the changes beyond just the speed limit.
