The Forest City Council heard a reporet this week from The Tree Doctor RX out of Ossian with regard to concerns pertaining to the Emerald Ash Borer infestation within the city. Forest City Mayor Byron Ruiter stated that a plan has been put in place in an effort to not lose more foliage in town.
