The Forest City Police Department was called to the Forest City Library by its staff over concerns of danger to patrons and staff. Forest City Police Chief Tom Montgomery explained how everything got started.
Officers responded quickly to the library and found the subject outside.
The responding officers were able to conduct a search of his backpack and person. Montgomery stated that several items were recovered.
