Ernst Announces Fifth Special Guest for Roast and Ride: Tim Scott

Joni Ernst today announced that Senator Tim Scott will be one of her special guests at her annual Roast and Ride taking place on Saturday, June 3.

“I can’t wait to welcome my friend and colleague Tim Scott to Roast and Ride this year! Iowans are fired up to hear from Tim and many more conservative leaders on June 3rd,” said Joni Ernst. “Despite the Democrats ditching Iowa, Republicans are proudly maintaining our FIRST in the nation caucuses. My annual Roast and Ride is THE ideal event for anyone hoping to engage directly with Iowans from across the state.”

“I’m grateful to Joni for inviting me back to her annual Roast and Ride. I know from my frequent visits to the Hawkeye state that Iowans are committed to defending the conservative values that make our nation exceptional,” said Tim Scott.

As a combat veteran and a champion for all veterans, Joni always donates the proceeds from her annual Ride to a veterans charity. This year, she will be honoring Freedom Foundation of Cedar Rapids.

In addition to Tim Scott, Ernst’s announced special guests include: Nikki Haley, Mike Pence, Larry Elder, and Vivek Ramaswamy. Ernst has invited all 2024 Republican candidates and hopefuls. Additional special guests will be announced soon.
