Waldorf football leader Chase Paramore to appear on national radio/T.V. show

An early morning phone call is turning into an appearance on a national radio and T.V. program for Waldorf University football coach Chase Paramore. He will appear on the Paul Finebaum show this afternoon.

“I got a message around 9:20 this morning from a show producer, I called them back, and he said Paul would like you on the show today”, Paramore said.

The Paul Finebaum show airs daily from 2-6 PM CST on ESPN Radio, Sirius XM Channel 81, and can be watched on the SEC Network.

Finebaum started with ESPN in 2013 when they started the SEC Network. Finebaum was hired to appear on the new SEC Network in 2014, where he has been since. He hosts his show from the ESPN regional base in Charlotte, North Carolina. He also appears on other ESPN programs as an expert analyst of the Southeastern Conference and other South-based schools.

Finebaum, born in Memphis, Tennessee, graduated from the University of Tennessee and got his start in the 80s in Birmingham, Alabama as a columnist and reporter for the Birmingham Post-Herald.

“It’s a great opportunity for our recruits and their parents in the South,” Paramore mentioned.

His segment will be around 3:00 PM, an hour into the show. Finebaum will ask Paramore questions about Forest City and Waldorf, NAIA football in the U.S., becoming a head coach at a young age (the youngest in America), and possibly about his ties back home in the South, including that he attended Auburn.

Paramore will appear on the show remotely from Texas on a recruiting trip. Paramore is meeting with athletes in the Dallas area and will attend the signing of multiple future Warriors while in Texas.
