As you may have seen, today, the Supreme Court upheld a California federal court’s decision to dismiss a lawsuit from the National Pork Producers Council and the American Farm Bureau Federation that challenged a 2018 ballot initiative banning in-state sales of pork from pigs raised in certain production conditions.
