Tyler Hanson of Leland pled guilty to “Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1st Offense,” a serious misdemeanor, stemming from a traffic stop by the Forest City Police Department, on November 14, 2022.
Hanson was granted a deferred judgment and was ordered to pay a $250.00 civil penalty, court costs, complete all recommended substance abuse treatment, obtain employment, and will be on probation to the Department of Correctional Services for one year.
