Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) issued the following statement as President Joe Biden’s destructive WOTUS rule is set to take effect.
“Today, President Biden’s costly and destructive WOTUS rule takes effect. This reckless policy is yet another example of the Biden Administration’s complete disregard for Iowa farmers and producers who feed and fuel our country and the world.
Earlier this month, I proudly voted to overturn this harmful rule and prevent unelected bureaucrats from imposing more red tape on rural America. Born and raised in small-town Iowa, I will always be a strong voice for our farmers, producers, and rural communities in Congress.”
