The Garner City Council learned that a prospective business owner wants to put a new business into a historic business location. The council was approached by Bethany Fischer about getting a $5,000 revolving loan to get everything going.
The council felt that the new business will fill a need in the city, and it will reopen the old Good Nature facility giving it a unique and different feel.
