On Wednesday, the area will play host to RAGBRAI with travel stops in Britt and Klemme before stopping in Mason City for the night. The 100-mile segment will have well over 500 riders coming through the area.
Britt Mayor Ryan Arndorfer stated that this is a busy time for his city and the area.
Preparations have been going on for quite some time and organizers are now putting the finishing touches on the event.
There will be a number of things that the riders will be able to take advantage of. Area residents will also be welcome a past resident home according to Arndorfer.
Once RAGBRAI is done, the city will not have much rest time.
