Area first responders regularly train for specific circumstances that they may encounter. In Wright County, several departments got the opportunity to this past weekend according to Wright County Public Health Director Sandy McGrath.
According to McGrath, there were a number of participants in the drill.
The purpose of the drills was to train and retrain departments on possible emergencies that they may face in the future. McGrath was satisfied with the results of the drills.
The plan is to have these drills on a regular basis for all first responder departments and county public health employees.
