The Garner City Council took up the issue of an 8th pay estimate on the State Street Project. Garner Mayor Tim Schmidt felt that the work was well done.
According to Schmidt, the city wanted to make sure everything got done satisfactorily so they took steps to ensure the completion of the work was done.
