The GHV boys golf team opened their season yesterday at home against Clarion-Goldfield-Dows and took home all of the hardware.
The Cardinals won the meet 174 to 187, and Owen Pueggel was the medalist shooting a low-9 of 40. Brody Frayne was the runner-up medalist. He shot two strokes behind Pueggel with a 42 to open the season.
