The Winnebago County Conservation Board is scheduling a “Geocaching for Families” program on July 18th. The program will run from 9am to 11am. The program is in conjunction with NIACC. Winnebago County Naturalist Lisa Ralls explains the purpose of the program.
Geocaching has been around for about two decades. It involves finding markers hidden in various locations by using an app.
