The Winnebago County Conservation Board will be hosting the Rice Lake Ice-Fishing Contest Saturday, January 29th from 1:00 PM to 3:00PM, at Rice Lake State Park.  Rice Lake State Park is located at 43000 235th Ave, south of Lake Mills, Iowa.
