Have your insurance card ready, otherwise cost is $30.00. High dose flu vaccine is $65.00 we do not accept Aetna, Triwest, Tricare, or First Health or Medicare Advantage Plans. If your flu shot is denied by your insurance you will be responsible for the cost of the flu shot.
