The Forest City Council is moving forward with its insurance renewal on the electric plant. In order to do so, the city had to contract with L & S Electric to inspect the light plant generator. Electric Power Plant Manager Duane Kuhns explained to board what needed to be done.
The city will be working with Wheeler World on the extensive engine inspections at a cost of $26,641.90 according to Kuhns.
The city approved the inspection costs by unanimous consent.
