The Forest City Council was briefed on the current state of the Forest City YMCA Childcare program. According to City Administrator Tony Mikes, the council receives an annual briefing on the program.
The program was created by the city and the Forest City YMCA to answer a need in the city for child care.
The program has grown in both size and success according to Mikes.
The council accepted the report.
