The Garner City Council reviewed an opportunity to help fund work on the city storm sewer system. Garner Mayor Tim Schmidt explained what the council was looking into.
The council is looking for the funding considering the size and scope of the project according to Schmidt.
Schmidt stated that the residents will be notified where and when the project will take place.
The city is hoping to secure the funding and get the project started shortly.
