Joshua Olson of Lake Mills was granted a deferred judgement for “Insurance Fraud,” a class D felony, stemming from an investigation by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and Lake Mills Police Department in November of 2025.
Olson will be under the supervision of the Department of Corrections for a period of five years and must complete all mental health and substance abuse treatment. Olson was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250; suspended.
