This week’s MBT KIOW Prep of the Week is a junior from Belmond-Klemme High School. Brody Heifner had a great week all over the diamond for the Broncos. In a victory over West Hancock, Heifner threw a near-complete game with 6 strikeouts, earning the win. Offensively on the week, Heifner batted an impressive 5-11 with 2 doubles and a home run, to go along with 6 runs scored and 6 runs batted in, helping the Broncos earn their first postseason win since 2016.
