Mason City Works Toward Open Communication with Residents

The city is seeing a number of changes taking place that hopefully will improve services for residents. Mason City Administrator Aaron Burnett said that the city has several channels of communication with its citizens.

The latest change has to do with trash collection where some questions may remain. Burnett says that the city employees want to be as helpful as possible.

Burnett explained that the first week of the program may raise questions, but assures the public that the city will field all questions regarding it.
