The Forest City area will be the site of the annual Puckerbrush Days celebration beginning July 17th. According to the Forest City Executive Director Meghan Dewhurst the celebrations begin with a number of activities that Friday.
The purpose is to involve Forest City youth in the event which according to Dewhurst has even more involvement.
According to Forest City Chamber Marketing Director Olivia Martin There are adult activities as well.
Dewhurst also stated that the Puckerbrush Days Parade will return again this year.
Puckerbrush Days celebrations are the weekend of July 17th in Forest City.
