The Mason City Road Department is in the midst of a number of projects according to Mason City Administrator Aaron Burnett.
Some of the work is nearing completion while still other parts were dependent on outside funding according to Burnett.
According to Burnett, there are still other projects which require attention by drivers as they go through the work sites.
City crews ask drivers to obey posted speed limit signs and watch for workers in and around the work sites.
