The proposed agenda is as follows:

Convene as Board of Supervisors
1. Approve tentative agenda.
2. Approve minutes of last regular meeting.
3. Approve claims for payment.
4. Open forum for public input.
5. Appoint a Wright County Recorder effective July 1, 2026.
6. Swear in newly appointed Wright County Recorder effective July 1, 2026.
7. Approve corrected minutes of May 11, 2026.
8. Consider Resolution 2026-21 committing fund balances
9. Consider Resolution 2026-22 to approve increasing capital asset threshold.
10. Consider going into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(j) to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the governmental body would have to pay for that property or reduce the price the governmental body would receive for that property. The minutes and the audio recording of a session closed under this paragraph shall be available for public examination when the transaction discussed is completed.

Convene as Drainage Trustees
1. Approve tentative agenda.
2. Approve minutes of last meeting.
3. Approve drainage claims.
4. Open forum for public input regarding Drainage Districts.
5. Review previous work orders submitted.
6. Review and sign any open drainage invoices.
7. 10:00 a.m. Conference call with Humboldt County Trustees for the following:
a. Tentatively accept/receive Amendment #1 to the engineer’s report for JDD 162-7
b. Tentatively accept/receive the pre-classification report for JDD 162-7
c. Set date and time for Public Hearing on JDD 162-7 Engineer’s Report with Amendment #1 and
Pre-classification report.
