The Forest City Council was again asked to consider the replacement of a boiler in the city’s electric plant according to Forest City Administrator Tony Mikes.
The council took the bid into consideration, but found an issue with the overall cost according to Mikes.
The city will again go out for bids after restructuring the project to make it less expensive.
