MBT KIOW Prep of the Week June 10 2026

This week’s MBT KIOW Co-Preps of the Week are a sophomore from Forest City High School and a junior from West Hancock High School. Brooklynn Gerdes and Caiden Squier each had stellar individual performances on the diamond last week. In a home win against West Hancock, Gerdes threw a no-hitter for the Indians over 5 innings, with no walks and seven strikeouts. And in a home game versus North Iowa, Squier went 4 for 4 at the plate with two home runs, four runs scored, and five runs batted in to help the Eagles beat the Bison.
