2. 9:00 A.M. Public Hearing for FY 26 Budget Amendment #2.
3. Consider for approval Resolution for FY 26 Budget Amendment #2.
4. Possible closed session “to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of Winnebago County in such litigation”.
5. Discussion, with possible action, 3-year contract with CASI.
6. Auditor’s office will discuss drainage matters.
7. Scott Meinders, Engineer will discuss secondary road matters.
