MBT KIOW Prep of the Week May 20 2026

This week’s MBT KIOW Prep of the Week is a senior from Lake Mills High School. Knute Rogne had a stellar evening at the 1A Track & Field State Qualifying Meet in Saint Ansgar. At the meet, Rogne won the 800 meter and 1600 meter runs, and was a part of the first place distance medley relay team. He also finished second in the 3200 meter run, getting bested by teammate Hayden Thompson by just 1/100th of a second. With those results, Rogne qualified for this week’s state meet in all four events. Congratulations to Knute Rogne of Lake Mills, this week’s MBT KIOW Prep of the Week.
