This week’s MBT KIOW Prep of the Week is a junior from Garner-Hayfield-Ventura High School. Alexa Heflin had a great day at the Osage Girls Wrestling Tournament last week. In that tournament, Heflin won her weight class, going 4-0 with 2 falls, a tech fall, and a decision in the first place match. On the year, Heflin boasts an impressive 26-3 record, with 24 of those wins coming by bonus points, as well as 18 wins by fall.
