The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors Meeting for 1/2/26

The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors will meet on Friday beginning at 7:45am with a cash count in the Treasurer’s Office and an organizational meeting beginning around 8am. You can view the meeting by clicking the link below.

1. Cash Count starting in the Treasurer’s Office.
2. Consider for approval minutes and agenda.
3. Organizational Meeting
a) Appointment of Chair and Vice Chair
b) Appointments to Several Boards
c) Approve County Holidays for Calendar Year 2026
d) Other Organizational Duties
4. Auditor’s office will discuss drainage matters.
5. Scott Meinders, Engineer will discuss secondary road matters.

6. Consider for approval update to Title VI Agreement and Policy.
7. Open Forum.
8. Discussion with possible action County Volunteer Program and Budget for EMS.
9. Discussion with possible action agreement with MEI’s.
10.Consider for approval County claims
