The Wright County Board of Supervisors Meeting for 9/22/25

The proposed agenda is as follows:

9:00 a.m. Convene as Board of Supervisors
1. Approve tentative agenda.
2. Approve minutes of last regular meeting.
3. Approve claims for payment.
4. Open forum for public input.
5. Review and take action on proposal from Simmering-Cory on updating the Wright County Code of
Ordinances in accordance with Chapter 331.302(10) of the Iowa Code.
6. Review and act on Secondary Manufacturers Participation Form for National Opioid Litigation and
designate Amanda Meyer, Wright County Auditor, to sign.
7. Accept the resignations from Raejean Chapman and Darrel Steven Carlyle from the Wright County Trails
Committee.
8. Appoint Caleb Brinton (Belmond) and Luke Stevens (Clarion) to the Wright County Trails Committee.

Convene as Drainage Trustees
1. Approve tentative agenda.
2. Approve minutes of last meeting.
3. Approve drainage claims.
4. Open forum for public input regarding Drainage Districts.
5. Review and act on drainage work orders.
6. Review and sign any open drainage invoices.
7. Continue tabled discussion from July 28, 2025 on Reclassification Petition for DD 194 Lateral 1B and
hear response from the drainage attorney on the matter.
8. 9:30 a.m. Conference call with Humboldt County: Receive Petition for new main in JDD 162-7 and
appoint Engineer.
