The Forest City Council was asked to consider a final payment on the 2024 Street Reconstruction Project. The payment was $223,806.70 made to Wicks Construction according to the Streets and Sanitation Superintendent Andrew Faber.
According to Faber, there were some complications that the crews ran into.
Geo-grading is important in the reconstruction process with problematic soils according to Faber.
The city council approve the payment for the work completed.
