Robert Beall III of Forest City pled guilty to “False Report of Indictable Offense to Public Entity,†a serious misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Forest City Police Department on August 18, 2023.
Beal was ordered to pay a criminal fine of $430.00, applicable surcharges, and court costs.
