The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday beginning at 9am. You can view the meeting live on kiow.com. Discussion will center on the expansion of the Winnebago County Public Health Department. The board will discuss a resolution tentatively approving the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of the total cost for the Winnebago County Public Health Addition project. The board may then authorize the posting of a notice seeking competitive bids on the project.
They will also discuss the resolution setting the time, date, and location for a hearing for the
Winnebago County Public Health Addition project.
The board will hear from Winnebago County Engineer Scott Meinders who will discuss secondary road matters. He will also ask the board to consider for approval a resolution to accept bid from Progressive Structures, Inc. in the amount of $461,199.00 for Project No. BRS-CO95(79)—60-95, E-09-W1 Bridge Replacement. The board may award the associated contract to Progressive Structures and authorize Meinders to execute the contract.
The board will also hear about any drainage issues in the county. The supervisors will be asked to approve moving the July 11th drainage informational hearings to July 10th.
