The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday beginning at 8am. The supervisors will consider an application for fireworks display by ABATE of Iowa and cigarette permits for Rolling Cigars of the Heartland LLC.
The county is looking to update its timesheet software and there are new programs to accomplish this. the board will consider these before making any decisions.
Child support recovery is an area that the county remains on top of. The supervisors will review and possibly approve a Fifth Amendment to the Child Support Staffing Contract.
The board will hear from the zoning administrator and engineer before considering approval of construction within right of ways on secondary roads and intersections.
The supervisors are scheduled to address the issues in Drainage Districts 114 and laterals 11 and 52 in Drainage District 4. The board may vote to annex reclassify the lateral 28 in Drainage District 4.
