Winnebago Public Health Building’s Architectural Firm to Change Ownership

The Winnebago County Public Health Department is looking to expand it’s building and is using SA Architecture to design the remodeling. The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors were apprised of a change in ownership in the architectural firm.

Gary Anderson who owns SA Architecture explained what is happening.

Anderson has strong ties with the company he intends to sell to and wanted to make sure that the new ownership group would meet with the approval of the board. He explained that this was the best solution for him and his company.

According to Anderson, Koru Group is not a local company, but has Anderson’s trust that it will carry on the work of SA Architecture.

Supervisor Terry Durby was concerned about accountability during the expansion and remodeling process of the Public Health building.

Supervisor Susan Smith had no objections to the changeover.

The board approved the changes in order to move forward with the project.
