Phillip L. Wogen, age 83 of Lake Mills, died on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa.
Visitation will be on Monday, May 29, 2023 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Schott Funeral Homes-Mittelstadt Chapel, 902 E. Main St. in Lake Mills.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 406 S. Grant St. in Lake Mills, Iowa with Father Andrew Marr officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, rural Lake Mills.
