Winnebago County Explores Parking Issue at the Public Health Office

Winnebago County is looking to make improvements to its current Public Health Department offices in Forest City. Once these expansions are complete, parking may become somewhat of an issue. The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors have begun to look at ways to alleviate the problem. Supervisor Terry Durby forwarded a series of agreements for the Winnebago Supervisors to consider.

The concern has to do with accommodating patients and their families who would come to the public health offices for various needs. Durby explained that this would open more parking possibilities for both the church and public health.

No money would be exchanged in the agreement and each entity would be responsible for their own parking space.

The agreement would satisfy the needs of the church and the county public health department.
