The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors have scheduled a meeting for Tuesday at 8am to first hear from the secondary road foreman on the current state of secondary roads. The board will then turn their attention to a proposed lease for the Kossuth County Courthouse Annex with Early Childhood Development.
The board will discuss a zoning ordinance amendment for the purpose of regulating and
restricting the use of land for the transport of hazardous liquid through a hazardous liquid pipeline. This will involve discussion and a possible decision to approve of the construction within Right Of Ways. The board will have a discussion with the Kossuth County Engineer/Zoning Administrator.
The board will acknowledge the completion of repairs to Lateral 11 in Drainage District 4 and set a date and time for a Public Hearing on the matter. They will also take up requests for repairs in Drainage Districts 110 and 185.
