Da’Tarian Borens of Texas pled guilty to “Possession of Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st Offense,” a serious misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Forest City Police Department on February 9, 2023.
Borens must obtain a substance abuse evaluation and promptly complete all recommended treatment. Borens will be on probation for a period of one year, under the supervision of the Department of Correctional Services.
