The city of Woden will be holding its City Wide Clean Up beginning April 21st through the 25th. Hazardous material, broken glass, yard waste or anything that could be put out for regular garbage pickup will not be picked up by the city.
There will be a $20 fee on large appliances. This includes but is not limited to: Stove, Refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, water softener, water heater
There is a $10 fee on small appliances. This includes but is not limited to: Microwave, Smaller TV, or humidifier. All other items will be priced at the time of pick up and will be determined by size and weight.
All charges will be added to the residents May city utility bill unless other arrangements are made ahead of time with the city office.
Residents may contact the City Office to get a quoted amount for their pickup ahead of time, but quotes will not be given for piles picked up if a resident did not contact the office ahead of pickup.
Officials stress that no one is to place items in the dumpster because it is under surveillance. Bills will be sent out to residents that place items in the dumpster.
