The Worth County Board of Supervisors will meet Monday morning at 8:30am and you can view the meeting live on kiow.com. The meeting will begin with Worth County Engineer Richard Brumm discuss road maintenance and putting forward Resolution #2023-11 seeking Board support of current Local Option Sales Tax.
The board will then discuss drainage issues and engage Robert Goodwin as attorney for Drainage District #72 regarding the Notice of Appeal by landowners. The will be followed by discussing Cost Advisory Services and their contract to provide professional consulting services to Worth County.
The board will hold a public hearing on the sale of I-35 / Highway 105 property lots at 9am before action on Resolution #2023-10 for Sale of County Real Estate.
The board will then hear from Elizabeth Thyer, Gardiner + Co. on the Fiscal Year 22 Worth County Audit which should begin at 9:15 A.M.
